Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team! This exciting role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Sales in Fire compliance, service contracts/sales/bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Actively pursue new business opportunities within your assigned geographical area to expand our fire safety maintenance contracted portfolio.
    • Identify, target, and convert potential leads into long‑term clients by leveraging your knowledge of fire safety systems and services.
    • Proactively engage with prospective clients, building a pipeline of opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Manage sales cycles from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat sales.
