Role Purpose: The Commercial BDE, Fire Safety Systems is responsible for building new relationships with operational property managers and estate operators, positioning Firetecnics as a trusted partner for the maintenance of life-critical fire safety systems. This role blends persuasion, technical understanding, and disciplined CRM execution to generate qualified opportunities for renewals and portfolio expansion.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Proactively build new relationships with property and estate operators through outbound and warm introductions.
- Conduct confident, structured discovery conversations focused on fire safety maintenance and operational pain points.
- Book appointments for our Senior Business Development team.
- Grasp high-level technical concepts and compliance requirements quickly.
- Secure permission-based agreement to quote or benchmark buildings approaching renewal.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in HubSpot with same-day updates and complete records.
- Participate in pricing discussions, proposal shaping, or joint calls as development towards a closing role.
What We’re Looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales development, SDR, or commercial roles.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with operational and technical buyers.
- Highly organised with disciplined CRM usage.
- Commercially motivated and outcome-focused.
- Demonstrated desire to move into a quota-carrying sales role.
