Helix Energy Solutions is a global leader in offshore energy services, delivering specialist Well Intervention and Robotics Operations to the energy industry worldwide.
Helix Well Ops (UK) Ltd (part of the Helix Energy Solutions Group) is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our busy Stores Team based at The Arc, Dyce.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality support, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working closely with the Stores team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores and supply chain activities.
Your r esponsibilities will include
- Managing the department's shared mailbox and responding to enquiries.
- Processing and reviewing work orders.
- Creating delivery notes and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating transport requests and booking transport providers.
- Maintaining transport logs and raising purchase orders.
- Recording goods in and goods out using Excel spreadsheets.
- Receipting goods into Oracle.
- Maintaining supplier records and documentation.
- Providing administrative support across the Supply Chain function as required.
What we’re looking for
- Experienced in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with others.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
- A positive team player with a flexible approach.
Experience of Oracle or a supply chain/stores environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
