Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D'Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise.
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists.
In 2025, HeliosX helped treat over 1.7 million patients worldwide. We reached £781m in revenue, delivering +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. In 2025 our weight-loss treatments helped our patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight; contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. That’s not just growth; that’s measurable, life-changing impact at scale.
We’re operating across four markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada, and growing our reach in the US. Our ambition is to reach £1.6bn in revenue, expand from four to eight global markets and significantly broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. Over the coming years, you’ll help shape HeliosX into a truly world-leading healthcare partner; one that combines scale, speed, and clinical rigour to redefine how personalised care is delivered.
The Opportunity: HeliosX's Strategy team exists to set the long term vision for the Group, identifying growth opportunities and leading key cross functional initiatives that will transform our business. After 300% growth in 2024, we’re expanding the team and will be hiring a Strategy Programme Manager to help take HeliosX to the next level.
The Programme Manager will lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that drive the business forward, ensuring successful delivery in a fast paced, high growth environment. This role is critical in aligning diverse stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Product, Clinical and marketing, ensuring project success and positive business outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to deliver complex projects while navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and regulatory changes impacting our business.
This is a permanent, full time position. The successful candidate will have a hybrid working arrangement, with 1-2 days per week based on site at our office in Central London.
What you’ll do:
- Lead high stakes, cross functional projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring business priorities are met.
- Drive alignment across teams with different workflows and priorities to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones, timelines, and dependencies while driving accountability across teams.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and buy in for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner to project sponsors, challenging assumptions and providing expert advice to drive smarter decisions.
- Support the leadership team by creating clear project roadmaps, identifying risks early, and offering solutions to mitigate them.
- Refine and implement best in class project management systems, including tooling, processes, roles and responsibilities, and metrics to improve efficiency and delivery across teams.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring all projects follow structured methodologies and maintain high standards.
- Maintain focus on prioritisation, ensuring the team remains aligned on high impact work and avoid directions.
What you’ll bring to HeliosX:
- Strong experience in programme management, ideally within fast paced, high growth environments such as consulting, tech, consumer health, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross functional projects, with multiple stakeholders, in ambiguous and fast changing environments.
- Experience managing projects across a wide range of functions, including Product, Operations, Tech, marketing and Clinical.
- Expert in project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk management.
- Comfortable in data and reporting, analysing and presenting project performance metrics, dashboards and insights to senior leaders (experience with tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or similar would be advantageous).
- Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues early and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating in ambiguity and driving projects forward even in uncertain or changing business conditions.
- Ability to be resilient and maintain momentum in the face of setbacks and conflicting priorities.
