Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D'Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We’ve grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (300% year-on-year growth). We’re looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories, and further accelerate our growth journey. There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.
Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!

We’re HeliosX – a healthtech company on a mission to transform how healthcare is delivered; and we’re growing fast. After a year of supplying & supporting over 2,000,000 patients in 2024, we opened the doors to our brand-new Pharmacy Hub in the heart of Leamington Spa in February 2025, and it’s already dispensing an incredible 10,000–15,000 units every single day. With demand for our weight loss service skyrocketing, we’re expanding further.
With our weight loss services now supporting thousands across the UK, we’re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Dispensers to help us grow and continue putting patient care first. If you’re organised, ambitious, and thrive in high-energy environments – this is your moment to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you’ll play a hands-on role in dispensing medications across a range of our services – from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health, and more – supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy.
- Working closely with our pharmacists and packing team, you’ll help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly – meeting our customer promise to patients of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Accurately selecting and labelling pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and SOPs
- Printing medication labels and GP letters
- Safely dispatching medications to patients
- Maintaining accurate and compliant Patient Medication Records (PMRs)
- Identifying and flagging any medicine-related issues to the Pharmacist
- Handling stock control, storage, and expiry checks
- Processing returns and managing stock logs
- Organising batch sheets with expiry dates in mind
- Ensuring GP letters are sent out and following up with patients
What you’ll bring:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Dispensing Assistant training, accredited and completed under a Responsible Pharmacist or ACT
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using IT systems
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous pharmacy or warehouse experience is a bonus – but not essential
Be part of something brand new and growing fast. Work in a cutting-edge pharmacy hub with plans to include a state-of-the-art lab. Join a company that’s revolutionising healthcare. Enjoy a structured 4-on/4-off schedule, giving you real work/life balance.
