This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, directly impacting brand growth by driving campaign success, increasing experimentation velocity, and providing key performance insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creative Testing & Performance Analysis – Own the weekly creative testing process, from ad builds to reporting, ensuring we continuously refine and optimize.
- Data-Driven Insights – Manage weekly growth slide updates, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that fuel decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as the go-to approval lead in Asana for creative assets, working closely with our creative and product teams.
- Advanced Performance Metrics – Analyze key business KPIs, both within and outside advertising platforms, to optimize campaign success.
- Data Mastery – Use tools like Metabase, Motion, and Funnel.io to manipulate data and answer key business questions.
- Strategic Contributions – Present weekly performance insights and contribute to quarterly/annual planning with impactful data-driven recommendations.
- Creative Performance Optimization – Unpack static and video creative elements, translating performance results into meaningful creative optimizations.
What we’re looking for at HeliosX
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably paid social-focused).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (bonus: Google Analytics RegEx knowledge).
- Experience working with internal or external creative teams.
- Strong understanding of best practices & testing methodologies for Meta & TikTok ads.
- Knowledge of landing page impact on paid media performance. Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and basic code implementation.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to manipulate and present raw data.
- Ability to interpret data-driven creative performance insights into actionable recommendations.
