About the role: This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact paid search activity and directly shape how HeliosX grows. You’ll lead strategy and execution end-to-end, using paid search to drive new customer growth, and influence major commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Own paid search strategy and performance for your brand/market: Own paid search strategy and performance end-to-end for your area, with accountability for growth, customer acquisition, and commercial results.
- Manage and develop a small team of 1-2 search specialists: Line manage 1-2 search specialists, providing coaching, direction, and day-to-day support.
- Drive performance by leveraging cross-functional relationships: Work with CRO, Product and Data teams to get support and buy-in on Paid Search priorities.
- Raise the standard across the search team: Share successes, rigorously document test results and learnings, support with training sessions and level up wider team.
Who You Are:
- Google Ads expert (5-7+ years in Paid Search)
- Track record of owning strategy and performance against target for brands with sizeable ad spend
- Line management for at least one direct report
Nice to have:
- Success with Demand Gen i.e. campaigns on YouTube
- Direct experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Some understanding of agentic AI and usage potential in Paid Search
