About the Role
HeliosX is looking for a Paid Search Executive to support and optimise paid search campaigns to achieve performance targets and drive business growth for our weight loss team! We\’re not seeking an expert in campaign management, data analysis and experimentation, but someone who\’s enthusiastic to work in that area and has a passion for paid search. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to support HeliosX rapid growth in 2025 and beyond!
What you\’ll do
- Manage & own paid search campaigns spending in excess of £1 million per month, ensuring they’re pacing to budget and acquisition targets
- Run campaigns that follow a best-in-class approach to targeting, keyword strategy, text/image creative and automated bid strategies
- Scrutinise and analyse data to identify trends and extract actionable insights to inform strategy and optimisations
- Produce reports that keep key stakeholders informed on recent performance and dive deeper into areas performing outside of expectations
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity to identify opportunities that keep us at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry and help us to grow market share
- Share relevant insights with the wider team to inform broader strategy
- Demonstrate a firm grasp of key KPIs and how you might influence them
- Support with the ideation and execution of A/B testing across a variety of variables to improve campaign efficiency, such as ad copy, product imagery, landing pages, user journey and campaign set-up
Who you\’ll bring to HeliosX
- 1 year experience in paid search or performance marketing from agency or a similar D2C start-up/scale-up
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics (or similar)
- You\’ll be comfortable working in Excel
- The ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment; moving with agility where needed for fast-changing priorities
- You\’ll be highly inquisitive with strong attention to detail
- A relentless desire to hit targets and run successful campaigns
- An ability to prioritise workload to focus on the most impactful projects
