About the role

We’re searching for organised and committed Packing Assistants to join HeliosX in Leamington Spa. This essential role is within our pharmacy team; Packing Assistants are responsible for the final packaging of our MedExpress and Dermatica products, scanning out all items and preparing them for pickup.

This team is a critical part of our operation, as they are principally responsible for ensuring the delivery of our patients’ medications and products in a timely, efficient manner. The role operates in a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (9 am‑9 pm OR 9 pm‑9 am) based in our Leamington Spa hub.

What you\’ll be doing

• Accurately pack MedExpress and Dermatica orders for dispatch.
• Scan and process outgoing orders, ensuring they are ready for collection on time.
• Maintain the organisation of the storage and scan‑out station, keeping it tidy at all times.
• Remove waste and break down boxes daily to maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist with occasional drop‑offs at the Post Office or FedEx if required.
• Monitor and restock shipping inventory including bags and bins.
• Recoding and logging incoming deliveries and outgoing pick‑ups.
• Unload, unpack and organise pharmacy supplies.
