Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today.
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category‑leading products and well‑known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in‑house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields.
In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing +337% year‑on‑year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real‑world outcomes: our weight‑loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest‑growing tech companies.
The Operations Manager is an important hire for HeliosX as we step into the next phase of our growth journey. With a global footprint of 400+ clinicians serving millions of patients, our Clinical Operations team acts as the engine of the service, designing and scaling the critical infrastructure that enables seamless clinical delivery. You will be a self‑motivated high achiever who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, using exceptional data skills to uncover root causes and manage large datasets to support strategic solutions. Beyond the numbers, your project management skills and emotional intelligence will be invaluable assets as you lead initiatives, manage a growing team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure HeliosX’s continued success as we scale into new markets. This is a full‑time, permanent role. You will be required on‑site in our Central London office 2 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working from home.
What you'll do
- Lead & Manage: Take direct management responsibility for the growing Operations Coordinator team, guiding dynamic colleagues with a vital remit across all areas of our operations.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct structured weekly deep‑dives into Clinical Operations performance, producing clear summaries of trends, recurring issues, and recommended actions.
- Triage & Resolution: Handle first‑line triage of clinical operational issues, working cross‑functionally to implement fast‑fixes or build scalable solutions that ensure service continuity.
- Financial & Variance Analysis: Assist with variance analysis on cost reporting, reconciling actuals against forecasts, surfacing discrepancies, and preparing materials for weekly reviews.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with Analyst colleagues to oversee rotas and scheduling to ensure adequate clinical coverage, reacting quickly to demand spikes with flexible resource options.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Implement WFM (Workforce Management) systems, performance dashboards, and core operational infrastructure as markets scale.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a forward‑thinking mindset, actively leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and optimise our operational infrastructure.
