Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?
How we started: Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D'Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We’ve grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.
Where we are now: We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (200% year-on-year growth). We’re looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories and further accelerate our growth journey. There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.
Where we’re going: Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone.
The Opportunity: The Midweight Designer is a key role within the creative and content team, responsible for driving and executing creative and engaging digital designs for all of the HeliosX Brands. You’ll be responsible for delivering across all of our channels from concept through to final artwork – ensuring high-performing, best-in-class creative is delivered sprint-on-sprint. The ideal candidate will have a stellar portfolio that shows experience working in-house across multiple brand portfolios; with data-driven and best practice creative applications to digital design across platforms. This is a full time, permanent position. You will have a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week in our WeWork office/on shoots in Shoreditch.
What you’ll do:
- Ideate, create and develop premium platform-specific content.
- Deliver high-quality and consistent design across digital channels.
- Collaborate closely across departments to deliver exceptional creative responses to their briefs.
- Work with the Growth & CRM teams to understand and implement learnings/insights into future creative.
- Support Creative Lead on key projects and build out in digital design functions.
- Concept big ideas, championing design-led solutions that ladder back to the company’s mission to make healthcare accessible to everyone.
- Approach every creative brief strategically and collaboratively, to produce the best possible outcome each time.
- Manage multiple projects to tight timeframes, ensuring work is delivered on time and to Brand standards.
- Ensure that Brand guidelines are adhered to – championing Brand vision and values.
- Take ownership of role & function within the team.
- Monitoring and implementing performance into paid social; taking an evidence-based approach to design.
What you’ll bring to HeliosX:
- You’re comfortable working independently (delivering design) and in collaboration with others to discover creative solutions.
- You are positive and committed with a flexible approach to complex problems.
- You enjoy concepting creative ideas for, and working across, multiple channels.
- You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces.
- You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite, and hopefully will be familiar with Figma.
- You are passionate about our brand vision and values.
