As a CRM Executive, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email and SMS, helping drive customer acquisition, onboarding, retention and win‐back. This is a hands‐on role focused on end‐to‐end campaign execution, including briefing, HTML email builds, audience targeting, QA, scheduling, reporting and test‐and‐learn activity, while working closely with cross‐functional teams to keep campaigns aligned with wider business goals. You'll also use performance data, customer insights and competitor trends to help improve campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsibility for the smooth deployment and execution of CRM campaigns in your designated focus area.
- Responsibility for the end‐to‐end CRM production process, including briefing, coding emails in HTML, targeting, scheduling & analysis of campaigns.
- Build, execute and optimise automated email journeys to improve conversion and drive retention.
- Manage the QA process, ensuring that all work that goes out to customers is of the highest standard.
- Ensure good internal communication around planned CRM activity.
- Use a data‐driven approach to make commercial decisions on product/content selections for campaigns.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with other relevant teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Support the wider CRM team when required.
Reporting & Insights
- Carry out regular reporting of CRM activity across our brands and locales, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting initiatives to do so.
- Analyse the effectiveness of CRM initiatives against original hypotheses and objectives.
- Stay on top of competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights & best practices with the wider team.
- Monitor and report on customer reviews, devising strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Keeping on top of CRM best practice techniques and industry legislation suggesting opportunities for optimisation.
- Keeping on top of Braze product developments and identifying opportunities to leverage new functionality.
- Work with the CRM Lead to develop our test and learn approach, developing new initiatives, managing execution and interpreting results.
- Maintain an always‐on test approach across our campaigns and automations.
- Take ownership of the testing plans and use results to optimise future CRM activity.
- Present learnings back in an easy‐to‐understand manner to cross‐functional stakeholders.
Who you are
- 0‐1 years experience in CRM or other related marketing position.
- A recent grad or entry‐level experience in CRM or other related marketing position.
- Demonstrable planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships with key stakeholders/teams across the business.

- Basic email HTML coding experience.
- Previous experience in a CRM role.
