We are seeking an ambitious, seasoned B2C growth leader with a robust track record in managing multi‑million‑pound budgets. In this role you will drive acquisition, retention, and monetisation for the Canadian market, working closely with cross‑functional teams while having full autonomy to deliver profitable growth. Our goal is to become a truly global digital healthcare brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own key business metrics across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and financial performance for Canada.
- Create and execute the overall performance acquisition strategy, focusing on LTV/CAC optimisation on a weekly basis.
- Allocate budgets across the performance marketing mix (paid social, search, display, shopping ads, connected TV, influencers, affiliates, podcasts, and more).
- Partner with Product, Creative, Brand, Clinical, and Analytics teams to enhance multichannel CRM programs.
- Identify, investigate, and test new tools or mediums to enrich our channel mix, contributing to a thriving experimentation culture.
- Use performance marketing analytics to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across channels, identifying opportunities for CRO optimisation.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a high‑energy growth marketing team, consistently exceeding KPIs beyond ad‑level acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with our commercial leader to develop go‑to‑market plans, pricing strategies, promotions, and bottom‑up forecasts for each business cycle.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in D2C high‑performance environments (ideally managing a budget of at least £3M).
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian market.
- Expertise in user acquisition channels, especially PPC and paid social, leading teams with prioritisation and road‑mapping while collaborating with partners at Google, Meta, etc.
- Proven success driving projects that improve LTV, monetisation, or retention.
- Experience managing highly complex and ambiguous performance‑related situations, including stakeholder management.
- Collaboration with Product and CRO teams to integrate campaign insights into roadmaps.
- Track record of hiring A‑players and building world‑class growth/marketing organisations.
- Highly analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to extract actionable insights from ongoing analysis.
- Growth‑minded, fast‑learning, and adept at solving performance challenges while growing P&L without ego.
