How we started: Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D’Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We’ve grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.
Where we are now: We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (200% year-on-year growth). We’re looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories and further accelerate our growth journey. There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.
Where we’re going: Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!
About the role: We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to support our team for 3 months. We’ve grown significantly over the past year as our revenue has more than doubled. As a bootstrapped profitable company, having a world-class Finance team has been a core part of our success story - as we scale our brands and services internationally through 2026, that will become even more true. As a member of the FP&A team you’ll leverage your data manipulation skills and financial acumen to deliver insights that drive business decisions. You’ll excel in cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and problem-solving while navigating ambiguity with ease. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact in an internationally scaling business and join a fantastic team.

- Own and maintain robust financial models to support these processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the evaluation of commercial opportunities and risks, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Assist in enhancing financial models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business planning.
- Ensure financial models are well-documented, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Analyse revenue, margin, and cost trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support pricing, profitability, and cost-benefit analyses to drive commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with business teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
Who you are:
- Experience working in an FP&A, Commercial Finance or similar team previously.
- Working knowledge of SQL to query databases is preferred.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret and present data.
- Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Metabase (ideally), or Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability in forecasting and quantitative problem-solving.
- Experience navigating ambiguity, and self-motivated to deliver autonomously.
- Relevant experience of working with an online D2C business model preferred.
