We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Overview

Reporting to the Group Talent Director, you will have a pivotal role in leading HR transformation across the Group, with full ownership of HR systems and people data platforms. You will be accountable for driving the end-to-end transformation, implementation and optimisation of the Group’s HRIS environment, ensuring systems are robust, scalable and aligned to business and people strategy.

Role Responsibilities

As a Group HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end HRIS transformation programme, including system selection, implementation and organisational change management
  • Owning and managing the Group HR systems landscape, ensuring performance, scalability and continuous improvement
  • Driving standardisation and optimisation of HR processes through systems across multiple geographies
  • Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and governance of people data across all markets
  • Developing and delivering HR analytics, dashboards and KPI reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and all data protection requirements across HR systems and processes
  • Supporting the planning and execution of annual salary review and bonus cycles from a systems and data perspective
  • Coordinating pay and bonus processes, including timelines, validation, governance and approvals
  • Partnering with Finance on headcount planning and salary budget modelling
  • Advising HR leadership on HR systems strategy, capability and roadmap

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience within HR, with a strong focus on HR systems and transformation
  • Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation or transformation programmes end-to-end
  • Experience working in a complex, international organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership across geographies
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills with a structured and results-driven approach
  • Experience working within emerging markets environments, preferably Africa and/or the Middle East
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in HR data, reporting and insights
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
  • Fluency in English (French language skills are advantageous)
