Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward & People Operations, as HRIS Manager, you will own the strategy, governance, and ongoing evolution of the Group’s HR technology landscape, currently centred on SAP SuccessFactors. The role acts as the central HRIS subject matter expert, partnering closely with Group IT and external HRIS providers, while enabling in-country HR teams to operate efficiently and consistently. In addition, the role is responsible for delivering high-quality People analytics and workforce reporting, supporting leadership decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and delivering the HRIS roadmap aligned to Group People strategy and operating company requirements, balancing system enhancement, stability, and compliance.
- Establishing and maintaining HRIS configuration standards, naming conventions, documentation, and governance across core modules including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting.
- Translating business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions, owning system design, configuration, end-to-end testing, and deployment.
- Acting as the primary liaison with Group IT and external HRIS partners on integrations, security roles, release management, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Providing functional HRIS support and enablement to in-country HR teams, including training materials, user guidance, and adoption initiatives.
- Leading HRIS configuration and delivery for annual compensation, bonus, and performance management cycles in line with the Group calendar.
- Owning the People data model and delivering executive-level dashboards, workforce analytics, and standardised reporting across operating companies.
- Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance through defined KPIs, access reviews, and adherence to applicable data protection laws.
Requirements For The Role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles within multinational organisations.
- Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including ownership of compensation and performance cycles.
- Strong understanding of HRIS integrations, role-based access controls, and change governance aligned with ITIL principles.
- Advanced analytics capability, with experience using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to produce executive-grade dashboards.
- Proven experience delivering structured system documentation, testing, and release processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive people data, with knowledge of data protection obligations.
