Zur Verstärkung des Teams der Zentralen Notaufnahme suchen wir ab sofort einen Pflegefachkraft für die Zentrale Notaufnahme (m/w/d) in Voll-, Teilzeit oder auf 556€-Basis am Standort Erlenbach am Main.
Das erwartet Sie:
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Patient:innen
- Teilnahme an Simulationstrainings und der Manchester Triage Schulung
- Mithilfe bei der Erstversorgung von Notfallpatient:innen unter anderem im traumazertifizierten Schockraum
- Bedienung von Monitoren und medizinischen Geräten
- Durchführung allgemeiner sowie spezieller Pflegemaßnahmen
- Planung und Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen unserer Patient:innen
- Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Angehörige, Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen bzw. Fachbereichen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein außergewöhnlicher Grad an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Feiertags-, Wochenend- und Nachtdiensten
- Gesetzlich notwendiger Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
