Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Zentralen Notaufnahme am Standort Überlingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit und unbefristet.
Das erwartet Sie:
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Patient:innen
- Durchführung der Pflegedokumentation und administrativer Tätigkeiten
- Durchführung der Manchester Triage
- Förderung einer interdisziplinaren Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen
- Durchführung der Überwachungsdokumentation
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Patienten:innen
- Unterstützung des ärztlichen Dienstes bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
- Wünschenswert ist eine Zusatzqualifikation zur Fachkraft für Notfallpflege
- Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein außergewöhnlicher Grad an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten
- Soziale Kompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Gesetzlich notwendiger Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
