You will support the development of a wide range of scientific materials, conducting literature and data research, reviewing source information and creating content that is scientifically accurate, grammatically correct, well referenced and appropriate for the intended audience. You will learn and apply relevant guidelines, SOPs, editorial best practices, processes and quality-control procedures to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help manage content through review cycles, incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data, references and scientific claims are accurately represented. You will also develop your understanding of therapy areas, healthcare landscapes and industry guidelines.
As your experience grows, you will participate in client and project meetings, support project administration activities, contribute to communications with clients and external experts, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will also learn to work within a variety of industry systems, databases and compliance frameworks, developing the knowledge and confidence needed to contribute effectively to successful project delivery. Continuous learning is an important part of this role, and you will be encouraged to participate in training and professional development opportunities throughout your career with Helios.

We also welcome candidates who have demonstrated strong writing skills through blogs, publications, journal clubs, editing activities or other relevant writing/editorial experience.
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine interest in science and healthcare, excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. You will be highly organised, capable of managing your workload effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, and comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.
