You will help build and architect the foundation of the Helio software platform, ensuring high standards of code, logic, and engineering excellence. We aim to develop a platform led by engineering quality paired with pragmatic problem-solving, delivering financial-grade products.
Technical expertise is critical, but attitude matters even more. We seek individuals who thrive in uncertainty, are positive team players, and see solutions where others see problems. A passion for Web3, NFTs, and blockchain technology is essential.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend roles, primarily using Rust, Solidity, Node.js, TS & JS in full-stack environments
- Fluency in Rust and Solidity or similar smart contract languages
- 2+ years of blockchain development experience
- Experience deploying smart contracts on major blockchain mainnets
- Contribution to a crypto project with significant token market cap is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD, APIs, security, cloud platforms, containers, deployment pipelines, A/B testing, Blue/Green deployments
- Passion for automation and defining infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Ownership mindset to build, maintain, and improve systems
- Desire to learn, lead, help others, and add value daily
