Heligan is seeking a hands-on Hospitality Team Leader to bring the Heligan experience to life through great food, warm welcomes and exceptional service. You will lead from the front, supporting our team across the Heligan Kitchen, Stewards House, takeaway outlets and seasonal pop-ups.
You will manage and mentor staff during busy service, ensure food safety and allergen compliance, and help drive guest satisfaction.
