Following successful analyst intakes over the past two years, we are seeking four more graduates for Heligan Group\’s 2026 Graduate Scheme. The Role – What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with senior professionals on a wide range of corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis & Valuations – Conducting company valuations, financial modelling, and sector research.
• Transaction Support – Assisting in M&A deals, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects.
• Market Research & Intelligence – Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
• Client Presentations & Reports – Preparing pitch materials, buyer lists, and acquisition target analyses.
• Deal Origination & Business Development – Identifying new clients and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Professional Training & ICAEW Qualification – Becoming a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with full sponsorship and support from Heligan Group.

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree: 2:1 or above (achieved or predicted)
• Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
• Equivalent of 112 UCAS points.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Commercial awareness, with an interest in UK business, finance, and investment trends.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Heligan values diverse talent – applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship available (including graduate visas).
