We are seeking experienced helicopter pilots with a minimum of 2,000 turbine flight hours to join our VIP charter division. Candidates with AW109 type experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Based at Liskeard,Cornwall. This is a rota-based position offering a dynamic and varied operational environment. The role will involve travel and temporary assignments across Castle Air's operational bases, supporting high-end charter and specialist missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant VIP and commercial flight operations
  • Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
  • Ensure full compliance with CAA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures
  • Participate in a flexible rota, including travel and temporary deployments
  • Work collaboratively to support a high-performance team culture

Requirements

  • CPL(H) or ATPL(H) licence
  • Minimum 2,000 hours turbine flight time
  • AW109 type rating (preferred)
  • Instrument Rating (IR) (preferred)
  • Experience in VIP or passenger transport operations (desirable)
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
