We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business across leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on landing new logos, owning complex sales cycles, and turning initial opportunities into long-term, multi-program partnerships. You'll sell into scientific and technical teams across discovery, computational biology, data science, R&D, and executive leadership.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Land new logos across pharma and biotech
- Build and manage a strategic enterprise pipeline
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Engage with scientific, technical, procurement, and executive buyers
- Translate Helical's AI-native biology platform into clear customer value
- Partner with founders, product, science, and customer teams
- Help refine sales messaging, qualification, and go-to-market playbooks
- Represent Helical at industry events and customer meetings
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven enterprise sales experience as an AE or Senior AE
- Track record of closing complex B2B deals
- Experience selling into pharma, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, AI, data, or scientific software markets
- Strong new business/hunter mentality
- Ability to engage credibly with technical and scientific stakeholders
- Excellent communication, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Interest in how AI is transforming drug discovery and biological research
