Helica (Scotland) Ltd provides quality control CDM Advice and Principal Designer services tailored to the construction industry. Our highly skilled team has extensive experience managing quality construction projects across various sectors, ensuring we exceed client expectations. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a NEC Supervisor & Clerk of Works. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control and/or NEC Supervision services on construction projects. Tasks include monitoring compliance with NEC contracts, conducting site inspections, and ensuring project requirements are met to the highest standards. You will be based in or around the central Highlands/Inverness area, have a minumum of 10 years experience in Construction and will have a full driving licence. Qualifications & Requirements Clerk of Works experience, ideally with membership of the ICWCI NEC contracts and project supervision on NEC3 or NEC4 Contracts. Inverness/Central Highlands based. Full driving licence Minimum 10 years experience in construction. Passivehaus experience and ideally with a Passivehaus Tradesperson Certification Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective communication IT and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of building regulations and standards Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or related field A current CSCS card.
