Responsibilities
- Lead and prepare all activities for the successful launch of the flowzz.com website in the United Kingdom, from planning to implementation.
- Conduct market research to develop a thorough understanding of UK cannabis market regulations.
- Identify and analyze all relevant market participants in the UK cannabis sector.
- Ensure clear communication and cross-team collaboration, especially with the international technical team.
- Systematic data collection of products, wholesalers, telemedicine clinics, doctors, and pharmacies.
- Efficiently and accurately request, organize, and upload data to the company website and internal systems in close cooperation with the technical team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support and manage projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve processes, workflows, and market strategies.
- Create and present regular progress reports and key insights to the management team.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally with digital platforms and regulated markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market and/or cannabis regulations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communicator and team player, with experience in international teams.
- Technical understanding of data-driven platforms and processes is desirable.
