Hele’s School in the Westcountry Schools Trust is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on supporting the effective operation of the trust, supervising students, and coordinating the removals system, detentions and sanctions in line with school policy.
You will implement agreed work programmes with individuals and groups in or out of the classroom, working under the Behaviour Lead to promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
