The predicted salary is between 25583 - 26403 £ per year.

Salary: NJC Grade C, scp 5 - 7 (£25,583 - 26,403 FTE per annum), actual salary £15,899

Hours: 27 hours 30 minutes per week x 38 weeks per annum (term-time only) Monday to Friday, 8.40am - 3.10pm

Basis: Permanent

Location: Across the Trust (based at Hele’s School currently).

Required to start on: 1st September 2026

Learning Support Assistants work under the instruction & guidance of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for students and provide general support to the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. Work might occasionally, but not regularly, take place outside the main teaching area.
