The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, process improvement, automation and systems-minded Senior Software Developer to help modernise how our business operates. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology. You'll help digitise manual processes, build smart automations, improve data quality and support core business systems by developing custom solutions and integrations using the latest Microsoft and web technologies. This isn't a typical IT developer role. We need someone with strong technical expertise who can engage business stakeholders directly, improve internal systems, optimise workflows and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
