The successful applicant will provide full HR and school based administrative support and will be supported by a team of dedicated Admin Assistants and colleagues within the Saffron Academy Trust. This is an exciting time to join HRS as we grow and look forward to moving into new premises in the future. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities as well as computer literacy. The ability to work calmly under pressure is crucial to this role as well as an understanding of handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full HR and school based administrative support.
  • Lead and manage a team of Admin Assistants.
  • Assist in safeguarding and comply with Employment Rights Act changes.
  • Work proactively and effectively, individually and as part of a team complimenting the work of Saffron Academy Trust.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an HR environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes, including awareness of upcoming Employment Rights Act changes.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively, individually and as part of a team.
  • Passion for improving the education of students through high-quality HR and administrative support.
