Our Home & Outdoor division is united by thoughtful design and lasting quality. From kitchens to campsites, we provide consumers with premium, innovative products for life – in and out of the home. This business unit includes our OXO, Osprey, and Hydro Flask brands, and this role may support one or more of these brands.

Location: London, Remote

Work Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Lead market entry and expansion across EMEA, building brand presence and maximizing profitability for Osprey and Hydro Flask.
  • Develop and execute strategy to acquire new agents, distributors and retailers in emerging regions.
  • Build and maintain sustainable sales pipelines, creating actionable business plans and must‑win SKU‑customer combinations.
  • Collaborate with European Sales and Marketing teams to identify needs, propose products, and launch local plans to meet targets.
  • Manage sales operations, including logistics, ordering, and quality, in close cooperation with Customer Service.
  • Provide continuous market feedback and insights to senior sales leadership to shape regional and brand strategies.
  • Own KPIs such as invoiced sales, gross profit and contribution margin to meet performance commitments.
  • Train and coach distributor networks on new products and concepts, ensuring effective follow‑up.

Skills

  • Proven track record in the Sport, Outdoor, Travel + Lifestyle channel is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales agencies and distributor business.
  • Strong financial acumen with cost, profit/loss planning.
  • Experience selling premium concepts using category management and retail excellence tools.
  • Negotiation, business development, and analytical skills.
  • Digital and e‑commerce experience.
  • Oracle or sales database experience (asset).
  • Native language speaker with fluent English.

Minimum Qualifications

Business or Finance education with at least 5 years of experience.
