This role will analyse, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly in Financials, Incentive Compensation, Costing & Revenue Management Modules. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process optimization, and a bachelor's degree with progressive experience in providing IT solutions in Finance & Accounting. EMEA Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for EMEA and global users on Oracle Financial Modules (GL, GIS, AP, AR, CM, GIS, Treasury, FA, Incentive Compensation, TM, Cost Management & FP&A) and other financial systems. Coordinate with global teams to resolve EMEA and APAC specific issues. Ensure timely response to EMEA and APAC user inquiries and incidentsSystem Implementation: Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and SMEs (Controller, GL, AP, AR, CM, GIS Treasury, FA, Incentive Compensation, TM, Cost Management & FP&A) using finance/business terminology. Translate business processes into Oracle ERP (Finance) solution design, including fit-gap analysis, process redesign recommendations, and target-state documentation.
