We are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Support Worker/Personal Assistant to support a physically disabled person to live a fulfilling, active and independent life.
The person we support is highly emotionally intelligent, so the ability to understand, communicate with and respond sensitively to their emotional needs is extremely important. We are looking for someone who can build a trusting relationship and provide both practical and emotional support.
