Join us as an Assistant Shop Manager in our Summertown shop in Oxford and become an ambassador for our charity. We have a permanent part-time position available working 22.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy shop with a team of volunteers to maximise the shop’s sales profits.
- Provide great customer service; use training to hit the ground running.
- Support by the Shop Manager and Area Manager to achieve objectives in detail, organisational and IT tasks, and to manage volunteer teams in a variety of situations.
- Participate in weekend rota and flexible patterns as required by the business and volunteers available.
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience in charity retail would be helpful.
- Good eye for detail, strong organisational and IT skills.
- Ability to manage volunteer teams; willingness to learn specific skills.
- Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

- Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days out of 7, including weekends).
- Location: Summertown, Oxford.
- Salary: £15,052.20 per annum (full-time equivalent £25,087 per annum).
