We’re on the hunt for an Ecommerce & Trading Assistant to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team to help grow our online income through platforms like eBay, Depop and Vinted and our new goods. Working closely on our Bought-In Goods range — helping to select, trade, and optimise third-party products that complement our core offering. Getting hands-on with trading reports, stock levels, and shop sales analysis. Spotting opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and sales.
Responsibilities
- List and manage products with eye-catching descriptions and imagery.
- Coordinate stock and orders with our warehouse and shop teams.
- Create engaging digital content and themed product shoots.
- Supporting sourcing, pricing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track performance, customer engagement and provide insights and suggest improvements.
