Are you a Senior Fragrance Evaluator / Fragrance Development Manager looking for your next career step? This is an exciting opportunity to lead evaluation at one of the world’s most respected fragrance houses. You’ll shape the UK fragrance development strategy, manage a talented team, and work hand-in-hand with a prestigious client portfolio.
This is not a behind the scenes role! You’ll be a crucial part of the team presenting fragrance concepts to customers, representing the company at new product launches and industry events, and helping to win business with creative, cross-category fragrance solutions.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor the UK evaluation team, guiding their development and setting the creative direction
- Take ownership of the fragrance development strategy for the UK market in a true cross-category role – personal care, beauty, home care and fine fragrance.
- Partner closely with sales, perfumery, and marketing colleagues to create innovative, on-trend fragrances that win briefs
- Present fragrance concepts and strategies to customers both in-house and internationally
- Attend launches, trade shows, and industry events, keeping on top of trends and building networks
- Bring passionate energy about fragrances to help drive improvements and shape the next chapter for the UK business
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fragrance Evaluator / Fragrance Development Manager who’s ready to step up into leadership. You’ll be passionate, creative, ambitious, and thrive in a customer-facing role. You will have:
- In depth, cross-category fragrance evaluation experience in the UK or international markets
- Strong track record working on cross-category accounts: personal care, beauty, home care and fine fragrance.
- Creative flair and passion for fragrance, with the ability to tell stories and inspire clients
- Leadership and mentoring skills – ready to take the next step
- Confidence presenting fragrance concepts to customers, and influencing across internal teams
- A hands-on, energetic approach: someone who takes initiative and drives change
- Academic or professional training in perfumery (ISIPCA, GIP or equivalent) would be an advantage
- International candidates with the right credentials will be supported with a UK work VISA
- Fluent in English
