An exciting opportunity to work for Property Management specialists in Sevenoaks as a Block Management Property Administrator. This involves working in a busy and growing department to provide excellent customer service to the owners in apartment blocks and residential estates.

The role involves assisting the property managers in their day-to-day work which covers general building management, budgeting and compliance. This role involves:

  • Responding to maintenance requests.
  • Liaising directly with owners & contractors by email, phone and in person.
  • Dealing with and progressing fire risk assessments.
  • Obtaining quotes, instructing and scheduling works and organising contractors.
  • Delivering Residents' notices.
  • Attending site visits with the Property Managers, with the view to conducting them independently in the long term.

The position will be office based, with the possibility of working one day a week at home after the probation period.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and demonstrates:

  • Good teamwork within the office.
  • Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word.

They will need to be:

  • Practical.
  • Highly organised and have the ability to problem solve.
  • Looking to take on responsibility and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to complete the relevant The Property Institute qualifications (Level 2 and upwards).

As we are a small team, from time to time you may be required to carry out reasonable and relevant tasks that fall outside of your position's remit.
