Love people? Love beautiful things? Love making a difference? We’re excited to be recruiting for a new Sales Assistant role at our Henley shop, on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of the shop, helping to create a warm, boutique shopping experience while supporting the team to keep things running smoothly. A friendly, customer‑focused approach is important in this role. Previous experience in hospitality, high street retail or charity retail is desirable, but full training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive, inclusive shop environment
- Supporting day-to-day shop operations, including accurate cashiering, banking and donations
- Creating attractive displays and maintaining high standards of presentation for a clean, welcoming shop floor
- Working alongside a brilliant team of staff and volunteers
