Location: Hybrid – one day a week in Barnstaple, North Devon, UK

Hours: 3 days a week, one of which would be Thursday - in person - in Barnstaple.

Contract Type: Fixed Term 6 months

Your role

  • Clarify Project Plan with Project Sponsor: Ensure clarity regarding the project purpose which is ‘Governance excellence’; scope, key milestones, resources, timeline and develop concise project plan.
  • Project Lead: Assigning and coordinating responsibilities, tasks. Supporting stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks.
  • Risk/Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or failure to achieve the key overall project purpose.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Central point of contact, provide transparent weekly progress reporting and manage expectations. Coordinates and leads SteerCo weekly meetings. Ensure deliverables are met and manage/deter project creep.
  • Stakeholder Support/engagement: Motivate, engage and support the Clinical Leads to achieve against their deliverables.
