Your role
- Clarify Project Plan with Project Sponsor: Ensure clarity regarding the project purpose which is ‘Governance excellence’; scope, key milestones, resources, timeline and develop concise project plan.
- Project Lead & Coordinator: Organising, guiding and motivating key stakeholders – our Clinical Leads; assigning and coordinating responsibilities, tasks. Supporting stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks.
- Risk/Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or failure to achieve the key overall project purpose.
- Stakeholder Communication: Central point of contact, provide transparent weekly progress reporting and manage expectations. Coordinates and leads SteerCo weekly meetings. Ensure deliverables are met and manage/deter project creep.
- Stakeholder Support/engagement: Motivate, engage and support the Clinical Leads to achieve against their deliverables.
- Documentation & Closure: Document processes, oversee the collecting, and secure final sign-offs. Coordinate ongoing processes (post project) with sponsor and stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
You will be an experienced Project Manager, with a proven track record in delivering data-driven projects. You will also bring a collaborative, supportive, proactive style able to bring the best out of your Stakeholders.
- Proven background in successful project management roles.
- Able to demonstrate experience in delivering data focused projects.
- Experience working alongside stakeholders and engaging, influencing and motivating.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
