We are part of Clinimed Holdings Limited, a group of companies established in 1982 through the acquisition and formation of various entities within the group. The New Product Co-ordinator will support the development and launch of innovative medical devices and healthcare products within Helapet’s Sales and Marketing team. It also includes supporting design specifications, product validation, and hands-on prototype development. The ideal candidate will have a life science, healthcare, or engineering background, with strong communication, attention to detail, and an interest in developing project management skills within the medical device industry.

Project manage product development from initial sourcing and development through to handover to Marketing for launch (covering both existing and new products).
- Generate and evaluate new product concepts through testing and feasibility assessment.
- Support the definition, design, and development of new Helapet products.
- Liaise with suppliers on quality, technical, and specification-related matters.
- Ensure all activities comply with company Quality Systems, Health & Safety policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven project management experience, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and ability to translate requirements into clear product specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
- Knowledge of healthcare/medical products and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Awareness of marketing principles and market insight development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
