Helapet stands as a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of medical and cleanroom consumables. Our range of sterile and non-sterile products are used to support healthcare provision and aseptic production within hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, and veterinary practice.
We are looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a specialist product portfolio, including Aseptic Compounding, Oncology, Enteral Feeding, and In-Line Disc Filters. You will act as the voice of the customer, turning clinical needs and market insights into product solutions and marketing strategies that support growth and meet regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams such as Sales, NPD, and Leadership.
Based at Helapet’s Head Office in Houghton Regis, the role requires regular field visits (approx. two days per week) to engage with customers and key stakeholders.

Lead or support New Product Development (NPD) through the stage-gate process. Maintain a strong product pipeline and ensure compliance with Quality and Regulatory standards. Promote innovation and process improvements using data-driven insights.
Proven experience in Marketing of Medical Devices. Strong background in Product Management, including full lifecycle involvement from concept through to commercial launch. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Track record of successful product launches and consistent high performance. Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and developing business cases for new medical devices. Proven success in managing medical device products from initial concept through to market launch.
