As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Remaining accountable for delivering timely and efficient administrative services to the logistics operations,
- Logging delivery and transport bookings, actioning related paperwork, invoicing and maintaining historical records,
- Using analytical techniques to assess information provided by customers and factories,
- Placing purchase orders with factories,
- Working with factories and internal departments on critical path management,
- Scanning and filing away all paperwork for easy recovery as and when needed by the business,
- Supporting the accounts and office teams where demands for paperwork/ proof of deliveries are required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a previous role or similar
- High level of attention to detail.
- High-level of organisational and planning skills with the adaptability to manage conflicting and completing demands effectively.
