About Heka

Employee benefits are broken.

They often focus on the wrong things, appeal to only part of a team, or miss the mark entirely.

We believe that benefits should add value for everyone, which is why everything we do is designed to make people perform at their best, every day.

We're the only platform focused on individual health, giving employees limitless choice to own their health and wellbeing journeys, whether that's mindfulness, nutrition, movement, a crisis, or a treat.

All inside one employee benefit.

Right now, we're in a rapid period of growth.

That means more customers, more partners, and more opportunities to shape how we operate.

The Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our mighty partnerships team, all of whom have grown and developed from junior roles at Heka.

This role blends day-to-day partnerships support with ownership of our monthly partner payments process, so it suits someone who wants broad exposure to how a startup runs commercially, is confident with numbers and wants to develop further into an account management role in the future.

Initially, the role will focus largely on taking ownership of our payment processes, with the appropriate training, and building partner profiles.

Over time, we'd like to work with you to develop account management skills, progressing towards owning accounts as we streamline our payment process.

You'll work closely with our Director of Partnerships and Account Manager.

The team spans new business, account management and channel partnerships, giving you full visibility into how we build and manage relationships with our partners.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning monthly partner payments end-to-end with initial support and training.
  • Building and maintaining partner profiles on the Heka platform
  • Supporting the Account Manager with gathering performance metrics, deck preparation and partner-facing materials
  • Developing account management skills, progressing towards owning accounts as we streamline our payment process
  • Picking up ad hoc tasks and responsibilities across the team as the business grows
  • Who We're Looking For

This role suits someone early in their career with an interest in commercial wellness partnerships, who wants exposure to the full cycle from onboarding brands to paying them.

Initially, the role will focus largely on taking ownership of our payment processes, with the appropriate training, and building and enhancing partner profiles.

Over time, we'd like to work with you to take on more account management responsibility, developing towards owning your own accounts as we invest in better payment platforms and tech operations to make the payments process smoother and less time-consuming.

We're looking for someone who is

  • Hungry to join a fast-growing startup and gain invaluable hands-on experience, with the drive to grow into greater responsibility and, over time, manage your own accounts.
  • Organised, reliable, and genuinely curious about how businesses work
  • Comfortable working with numbers, and confident spotting an error in an invoice or a mismatched payment
  • A confident communicator who can work across teams and build good relationships quickly with external partners
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into an issue to find the solution

Bonus points if...

  • Have a love for all things health and wellness
  • Know your way around a spreadsheet
  • You are confident using AI in your day-to-day
  • You have prior exposure to invoicing, reconciliation, or financial admin, whether through study, a placement, or a previous role

Package and Benefits

  • Remote and flexible working
  • Salary £25,000-27,000, depending on experience
  • Gym benefit and Cycle scheme
  • We prioritise employee wellbeing and offer benefits that truly make a difference:
  • Remote and flexible working
  • £1,800 annual wellbeing and learning & development budget
  • Virtual GP, EAP, physiotherapy, free mortgage support, free nutrition guidance and 20 other types of wellbeing 1-1 sessions to choose from
  • 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays and your birthday off)
  • Additional day off for each year of service
  • 1 volunteer day per year for a registered charity
  • Early finish on Fridays and Wellbeing Wednesdays
  • Commitment to Diversity

We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity.
