This is a full-time and part-time role for a Conveyancer based in Cardiff, allowing for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Conveyancer will manage the end-to-end process of residential conveyancing transactions, including buying, selling, and re-mortgaging properties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Providing legal advice to clients

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Law, particularly residential property and conveyancing
  • Proficiency in Legal Consulting and addressing property-related Legal Issues

  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Relevant legal qualifications or training, such as a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor certification
  • Experience in managing high-volume conveyancing transactions is a plus
