With iconic and emerging food and beverage brands around the world, we deliver the best taste, fun and quality to every table we touch. Consumer obsession fuels our progress as we drive innovation across every part of our company.

The Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee (GMT) Program: The GMT Program is a cross-functional program based at one of our production facilities. Targeted at graduates who are seeking an exciting leadership career in a manufacturing/operational environment. We are looking for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages.

Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through functional rotations, collaborating across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy.

What’s on the Menu? Your journey at Kraft Heinz will start with a Global onboarding experience, starting in September 2026, giving you a hands-on induction into each of our different functions. From October, you’ll be located at our Wigan or Telford production facility where you will receive local onboarding.

  • Intensive, hands-on onboarding focused on Operations and Supply Chain functions
  • Training in the Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program and a range of other foundational business training (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • You will spend your first rotation completing a factory-based efficiency/productivity improvement business project where you will apply Lead Six Sigma methodology to obtain your Yellow Belt Certification.
  • The second rotation will consist of taking on a Team Leader, Continuous Improvement or Process Owner assignment, where you will develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing process while also strengthening your leadership skills.

Throughout the program, Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with Global Leaders, receive mentorship from previous trainees, collaborate with other trainees from around the world, and enroll in learning experiences to help you grow as a leader!

What Kraft Heinz will give to You:

  • Global exposure - you will be part of our GMT Cohort where you’ll connect with other trainees across Europe, Asia, USA, Latin America & ANZ.
  • Training & Development - Strong personal and professional development including technical training, leadership experience, regular mentorship and senior leader exposure.

What we are looking for:
