We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Procurement and Finance Controller (Supply Chain) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Financial Controlling team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers, always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Financial Controlling.

In brief, you have the following responsibilities:

  • Perform month-close process/routines for Procurement.
  • Run P&L reconciliation and checks on a daily/weekly basis to ensure accuracy of the financial results and that required actions are taken to correct any errors.
  • Manage provisions/accruals process and intercompany recharges related to Procurement.
  • Lead monthly routines with the Procurement and Accounting teams to review the Balance Sheet positions and ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of the Procurement rebates.
  • Run hedge process with US (e.g., Plastic resins and Fuel) and lead the hedge process that is performed locally in Europe.
  • Run monthly routine with the FP&A team to review the provisions and manual adjustments included in the financial forecast, essential process for the forecast accuracy of Procurement.
  • Business Partner towards the FP&A, GBS and BU Teams, guiding the accounting treatments and procedures.
  • Support Internal & External Auditor requests.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts of several legal entities of Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

  • Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Finance, preferably ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 or more years’ experience working in a controlling team; Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • A self-starter and a hands-on mentality.
  • Able to manage information and to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
