Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working as part of Global Financial Controlling, a high performing team. The Finance Analyst – GCOE position lies within the International Headquarters (IHQ) and is based in our London office (The Shard).

You’ll be reporting into the Financial Reporting & Planning Manager – GCOE. Your primary responsibility will ensure the IHQ budget is delivered within the Kraft Heinz way of working and within the AOP target. You also have an opportunity to make your own mark by improving the current way of working.

What\’s on the Menu?

  1. Assist on the timely close process for a number of holding and headquarters entities;
  2. Preparing monthly variance analysis of the cost centers of actuals against AOP for the budget of $100m;
  3. Tracking and monitoring the spending against Kraft Heinz way of working and guidelines and ensuring they are in line with budget; identifying risks & opportunities and developing action plans;
  4. Assist the management service recharge process across EMEA for transfer pricing purposes;
  5. Acting as a number of ZBB package owners for IHQ;
  6. Provide data assurance over the system setup process across different entities and provide expertise support across the International Zone;
  7. Working with the accounts payable team to ensure timely settlement of invoices;
  8. Become a PO champion for IHQ.

Essential

  1. You are studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with headway made through exams;
  2. You can partner with the business & provide financial expertise;
  3. High level of proven numeric & analytical capability;
  4. Advanced Excel skills;
  5. You can work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude;
  6. You are proficient in written and spoken English.

Desirable

  1. Knowledge of SAP and HFM systems will be advantageous.
