JOB OVERVIEW
The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz’s In-House Creative Agency, is looking for a Creative Agency Project Manager to ensure the smooth coordination of campaigns across the UK and European markets. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the glue that keeps creative operations running smoothly, this is an opportunity to play a central role within a growing in-house agency team. As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day orchestration of campaign projects - managing workflows, aligning resources on the jobs to be done, keeping timelines on track and taking care of the operational tasks of the process. You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with our three Hub Partners in London, Amsterdam, and Madrid, as well as with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams based in London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the smooth delivery of 20+ campaigns per year across 7 European markets.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end campaign timelines, ensuring alignment with key deadlines.
- Lead and facilitate campaign kick-offs, status meetings and post-mortems, ensuring teams are well-briefed and deadlines are met.
- Manage stakeholder communication, keeping all internal partners informed of project status, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including briefing the Design Studio on asset adaptations and supporting the Producer with media delivery planning and investigation.
- Maintain a clear and well-organized archive of campaign decks and project documentation.
- Act as a guardian of campaign processes, educating the team on following the right process.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative agency environment (small or in-house agencies a plus).
- A natural plate-spinner with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable operating in a broad, varied role with plenty of scope and autonomy.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- A natural people connector who builds trust across teams and disciplines.
- A confident communicator who can nudge, negotiate, and follow up with clarity and warmth.
- Strong cultural awareness and curiosity, with an understanding of the nuances of working across markets and teams.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
- The chance to work on some of Europe’s and the UK’s most iconic food brands and make a real cultural impact.
- A dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative in-house agency environment where bold ideas and creative risks are celebrated.
- An ambitious employer: we only want the best for our people!
- Trainings and coaching to help develop your skills and behaviours.
- A career track like only few other companies can match.
- Flexible and hybrid working approach (3 from the office or with customers / 2 from home).
- Competitive benefits package to support mental, physical, financial and social well-being.
- A competitive salary and excellent bonus structure (above market).
- Always room for new ideas; if you have a good idea, please let us know, and we can set it in action!
