To deliver on the next phase of growth, requires exceptional Talent Acquisition expertise and that is where you come in! Working with a highly effective team, currently headhunting and recruiting 60+ Client Directors per annum, you will be an articulate and driven recruiter, capable of mapping, headhunting and selecting across the entire process. Instead of being reliant on lots of line management and indecision, you can be part of a team which controls the narrative, right through to final CEO meet and hire. Insurance experience would be a bonus, but we can teach you all you need to know.
